Proposed Amendment to the Delegate Assembly Standing and Procedural Rules
DUE DATE: MARCH 24, 2021 (majority vote) or APRIL 23, 2021 (2/3 vote)
“I.A. The Delegate Assembly shall adopt its own Standing Rules, which may be amended during any meeting of the assembly. Any delegate may move to adopt or amend the rules.
I.B. Proposed Standing Rules given 30 days previous notice through The Voice shall be adopted by a majority vote.
I.C. Standing Rule changes proposed at the assembly shall require a two-thirds’ vote for adoption.”
