NSEA Night of Action
On Monday, May 12, the NSEA Ethnic Minority Affairs Committee and Capitol District will be hosting a Night of Action to call on state and federal lawmakers to support legislation that strengthens public education and improves teacher recruitment and retention efforts. This is a crucial opportunity to come together and advocate for key issues affecting educators and students, including FMLA, teacher retention, SNAP, and school lunches.

Location: NSEA Office, 605 S. 14th Street, Lincoln and Nebraska State Capitol
Times:
- 5:30pm-6:15pm—Dinner and Briefing
- 6:15pm-7:30pm—Head to State Capitol and Connect with Lawmakers during evening debate.
Dinner Provided: Join us at 5:30pm to connect and receive a legislative briefing with fellow educators.
