Kregel Museum Offers Free Professional Development

The Kregel Windmill Factory Museum, in conjunction with the American Groundwater Trust and Groundwater Foundation, will host a workshop on Nebraska groundwater, natural resources, and conservation. The workshop will qualify for professional development credit.

The free workshop will be May 31 and June 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Kimmel Education and Research Center, 5985 G Road, Nebraska City.

Museum Executive Director David Flatt said the workshop includes lunch, snacks and several handouts. The workshop is aimed at middle and high school teachers in traditional or non-traditional courses.
