Provide a one-time 85% purchasing power adjustment for older retirees and sets the 9/1/07 contribution rates: State System 7.28% employee; 7.36% employer; Omaha System 7.3% employee; 7.37 employer

2.  RETIREMENT (LB 508--Passed)
Allow the PERB Board discretionary power to grant an exemption for someone who may have missed a deadline for death benefits.
